RE: Future Leases in Bridger Park Garage
The Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) Board requests that the Bozeman
Parking Commission refrain from issuing any additional leases of any type in the Bridger
Park Garage until the current utilization data can be analyzed and the anticipated use
associated with leases issued to developments currently under construction can be
considered to determine current and future capacity.
Correspondingly, the BID Board requests that the Parking Commission refrain from
recategorizing any short-term leases to long-term lease until sufficient data can be
analyzed to determine the necessary capacity.
