Site Visitor Name: Matt Kent Site Visitor Email: matthew.kent@wwf.us.org Hello City of Bozeman! Every year, millions around the world join the Earth Hour movement and switch off their lights for one hour to show support for the protection of our planet’s rich biodiversity and to combat climate change. Every moment we do not take action forests are lost, rivers and oceans are polluted, natural disasters increase, livelihoods are threatened and the planet’s natural diversity is diminished. We hope this year on March 30th at 8:30 PM (your local time), you will join this global movement by turning off Bozeman’s non-essential lights to illustrate the need to act to slow down the effects of climate change and to protect nature for our future generations. Earth Hour relies on cities such as yours to demonstrate a clear message of solidarity and commitment to bring awareness to these issues so that we can protect our planet. We hope Bozeman will help us make 2019 a milestone year and serve as a powerful symbol in the Earth Hour movement. Please let me know if we can include you in our list of participants for 2019.
