RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was entered into in association with Building Permit 17-25088, and,
WHEREAS,the Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was recorded as document number 2581493 at the Gallatin County
Clerk and Recorder, and
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as 1823 W. College Street and legally described as Lot 1, Minor
Subdivision 447.
