NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all,and specifically to the:
City of Bozeman

that the following property ("Pro a ") has been annexed to the City of Bozeman pursuant to the
Annexation District Agreement for Cannery District Property dated July 20, 2015, and recorded July 27,
2015,in the records of the Clerk and Recorder,Gallatin County,Montana,under Document No.2518673
(the"Agreement"):
Lots E,F,G,H,and Common Open Space Lot 1 ofthe Amended Subdivision Plat No.C-41-M,
being portions of Blocks 2 and 3 of Imes Addition to the City of Bozeman and Tract 3-A of
Certificate of Survey No. 2128B and Tracts 1, 2 and 3 of Certificate of Survey No. 2877,
Gallatin County,Montana,all according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County,Montana, under Document No.
2556364.
The Property is also referred to as Phase 1 of the Cannery District Master Site Plan.
Subparagraph 3(a)(i)of the Agreement provides that the lands in Phase lshall be annexed into the City no
later than one(1)year after the date when all existing buildings in Phase 1 have been restored and renovated
by Landowner or its successors,and,subsequent to restoration and renovation,ninety-five percent(95%)
of the rentable space therein has either been leased and occupied by Landowner's tenants or sold to third
parties unrelated to Landowner.Pursuant to the Agreement, annexation of the Property is self-operating,
and under Subparagraph 3(a)(i)thereof,the effective date of annexation is January 17,2019.
