" .. r- " ~ f AGREEMENT THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between the City of Bozeman, Montana, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City," and Bozeman School District No.7 of Montana, hereinafter referred to as the "District," for the purpose of providing use of the Bozeman Swim Center during the 1992/93 and 1993/9~ school years, and the setting of the fee to be paid by the District to the City. Section 1 In accordance with the Swim Center Interlocal Agreement between the City and the District, the City shall provide to the District the Swim Center facilities for instructional purposes during the 1992/93 and 1993/91.i, school years. The City will provide the District with shared use of the Swim Center from 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 to 5:15 p.m. for the High School Swim Team. The City will provide the District use of the pool for classes from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:00-3:30 p.m. The program will include lessons for 2nd, ~th, 6th through 12th grades (Appendix A) . The City will allow soheduling of District activities from -.. ... '. -. 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. that are compatible with lap swimming. The City will schedule, without additional charge, one meet per year on a Saturday. If additional swim meets are scheduled on Saturdays, the fee will be $30.00 per hour. " Section 2 During School Year 1992/93, the District shall pay to the City the sum of $ 50,~01.00, payable in ten equal monthly payments of $ 5,040.10 each month beginning September 1, 1992 and ending June 1, 1993. During School Year 1993/91.i" the District shall pay to the City the sum of $ 50,737.00, payable in ten equal monthly payments of $ 5,073.70 each month beginning September 1, 1993 and ending June 1, 1Q94. Section 3 During this Agreement, the City will offer Swim Center Passes for all school district trustees and staff members at a fee of $10, or family pass of $~5. The passes are good from September 1 until August 31, except when the pool is closed for maintenance and repairs. Section I.i, The City and the District shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, marital status, native origin, or disability, in employment or the provision of service. 'i , <: , ", APPENDIX A BOZEMAN SWIM CENTER BOZEIQN SCHOOL DISTRICT 1992-93 AND 1993-9" POOL USAGE AGREEMENT The Bozeman School District *7 will have use of the Bozeman Swim Center during the school year.
