A G R E E MEN T
THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between the City of Bozeman,
Montana, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as
the "City," and the Bozeman High School District and School
District No. 7 of Montana, hereinafter referred to as the
"District," for the purpose of providing pool facilities at
the Swim Center to the District for instructional purposes
during the 1983-84 school year by the City and the setting
of the fee to be paid by the District to the City.
Section 1
In accordance with the Interlocal Agreement between
the City and the District, the City shall provide to the
District the Swim Center facilities for instructional
purposes during the 1983-84 school year, in accordance with
the proposed following schedule.
School Grade II Lessons Time in Pool Instructors
5 Elementary City inst.
Schools 2 and 3 12 45 min. 1 to 10 ratio
Willson 5 10 45 min. City inst.
1 to 10 ratio
Junior High 7. 8. 9 19 1 class 1 School Dist.
(l month) period staff; 1 City inst.
1 to 15 ratio
Senior High 10 30-35 1 class 1 School Dist.
period staff; 1 City inst.
1 to 15 ratio
High School Nov. 1- 2~ hrs.
Swim Team 9-12 Feb. 4 daily High School staff
High School Life Time 1 class

Section 2
The District shall pay to the City the sum of Thirty-
Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) payable in seven equal
monthly payments beginning December 1 , 1983 and ending
June 1 , 1984. Payments shall be made to the City of Bozeman
and sent to the Director of Finance.
Section 3
The term of this agreement shall be for one (1) school
year beginning September 12, 1983 and ending June 6, 1984.
