MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
SOLID WASTE CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT
CITY OF BOZEMAN I GALLATIN COUNTY, MONTANA
The undersigned parties to this agreement acknowledge and agree
that:
1- The costs of the Phase I consulting services by Damschen &
Associates, Ine, will be split and paid equally by both parties,
The costs for Phase I work are set at $28,500.00 in paragraph 12
of the contract agreement with Damschen & Associates, Inc,
- Full payment of consultant claims for Phase I services will

be pl-ocessed and paid by the City of Bozeman according to the
established policles currently in effect.
3 . Gallatin county will reimburse the City of Bozeman for the
county's share of the Phase I costs, upon request of the city at
the conclusion of the work,
4 . The City's Director of Public Service will serve as the
liaison between the parties to this agreement and Damschen &
Associates, Inc.
