I joined a CEO roundtable of companies with $2 million+ in revenue through Prospera (most
have 40+ employees), and a topic that came up during the last meeting was office space. The
general consensus/attitude was one we outgrow our new office, we will have to leave
downtown because "it's just too difficult to work with them down there". I don't agree with
that sentiment, as so far it has been great working with your team, but I think it's worth
knowing the perception of downtown Bozeman. I will say that if we don't solve our parking
issue in the next year, we will have to leave downtown which would be a major
disappointment. That's going to be the number 1 issue you have to solve to keep growing
businesses downtown... I know it's a big problem to solve, but the city has got to figure it out.
We don't need dedicated spots for our team members that are empty 75% of the time, but I
need reliable parking so our team knows they can come to the office at 8am, 12pm, or 2pm,
and find a space to park.
Thanks for all that you do... I know you have a lot of stakeholders and people to keep happy.
We will stay downtown as long as we can, but I am afraid that window is going to close in
another year or two.
