Resolution of Intent to create special improvement lighting:
Please consider this email as my written protest.
I am against the "custom" lighting and and specifically being singled out to pay for it.
You assume the lights will be an improvement until it glows through the bedroom windows of every home
in the "district".
Every line noted an expense to the "district" homeowners" beings with the "initial monthly charges".
When does it end?
Why isn't everyone within the City of Bozeman being charged?
