City of Bozeman, MT;
We,James and Roberta Olson,the owners of 4350 Glenwood Drive Unit A, protest the creation
of Special Improvement Lighting district 751.
You,the City of Bozeman, have already taxed us and all property owners in the area,since
purchase of our properties currently at the rate of$166.06 per year. We believe you have
already taxed us enough for street maintenance. We do not believe we should be charged over
and above for these improvements as we are not part of the"new" High school developement
and did not get input on any of those"new" developements in the area adjacent to ours.These
costs should either be charged to new High School area developement or already be in the
budget of the taxes we have already been paying the City of Bozeman.
We do not consider this an improvement as we will have increased traffic to our area and most
likely an overflow of traffic and parking problems.
Please consider this as our letter of protest against Resolution No.4994 Special Improvement
Lighting District No. 751.
