State funds not wasted, why resurface streets if we're not expanded the infrastructure, things in the street, water, sewer, etc? With the replacement of corners in city, with handicap approaches, is this fund time sensitive? Do we have to spend in that year. I have walked down plenty COB sidewalks that have handicap approaches recently replaced that create greater hazards with ice ponds or puddles in front of approach. Do we need to spend these funds? Can we use state funds for replacement of multiple approaches, to fund replacement of full street for the next 25 year plan! why waste the funds, those funds add up, use to replace streets and stop creating greater hazards with handicap approaches set to existing city streets, not engineered for storm water management. Take a walk on anyone replaced in last 5 years, puddles in front of! Engineer whole street!
