Does this strategic list included infrastructure needs. Capital improvement funds earmarked for projects in
the city or special improvement districts.
I think we loss our attractiveness as a city with sprawl. Why do what our competition has done, boise,
boulder do we want to be like that city?
Prevailing wage rates set by the state, state has done the research for affordability. Why waste money on
studies and consultants?
Use the existing prevailing wage rate for gallatin county for service positions. Adjust % rate schedule
increase for city salary positions.
