Impossible to figure out, this is a nation wide issue.
Tarp1, Tarp2, QE1,2,3,4; over the course of the last 15 years, change in tax law. Nothing is affordable,
goldilocks is the world norm, I don't think this bubble will every burst.
The best thing I think we can do is adjust from the bottom up, this would solve many affordability issues.
Saving time and money devoted to consults and studies to prevailing/livable wage.
