Subject: Affordable Housing Fund Request - Willow Springs Development
Good Morning.
I am attaching our formal request for funding from the Affordable Housing Fund.
CAHAB made a recommendation on this request in December 2017, however our
project was delayed for one year due to bids coming in at a price point that was
not feasible to hit affordability targets.
We have chosen to phase the development and the project will be out to bid again
this month, we will need to know if this funding will be available to us in order to
proceed with entering into a contract with a builder.
Please let me know what further information is necessary to include this on an
upcoming agenda, or what questions you may have.
