What is the foundation, what is the DATABASE that this powerpoint presentation is pulled from?
the state revenue office off centinal way has the most accurate housing data available. County, city,
business, residential, apartments, industrial.
To housing type, # of bedrooms, # of baths.
Compared with meter readings from the above break down to figure usage, cost to consumer, etc.
Then compared to other cities, industry studies, etc.
What about the reuse of gray water. Navy ships have 2 sets of pipes to reuse gray water, what is the
incentive for the reuse of gray water?
