SUBJECT: Authorize the City Manager to sign an Access Easement and a Temporary
Public Street Easement with Taylor Properties, Inc. for sidewalk
installation and a vehicle turnaround for the Lincoln Street Apartments
project.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign an Access Easement and a
Temporary Public Street Easement with Taylor Properties, Inc. for
sidewalk installation and a vehicle turnaround for the Lincoln
Street Apartments project.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed
easements. Engineering staff reviewed the easements and found them to
be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
