Services Provided by Water and Sewer COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3913 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONT ANA, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE PUBLIC BY THE CITY'S WATER AND SEWER OPERATIONS DIVISION, AS ALLOWED BY SECTION 7~7A404, MONTANA CODE ANNOTATED (MCA), AND SECTION 13.12.070, BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE. WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman fumishes certain water services to facilitate acceptance of new water mains, water and sewer services, fire hydrant flushing, and fire service lines; and WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is authorized to collect fees for services provided based on the provisions of Section 7-7-4404, MeA; and WHEREAS, Section 13.12.070, Bozeman Municipal Code, authorizes charges for water services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana: Section 1 The fee schedule fur services provided by City of Bozeman Water and Sewer Operations Division personnel to facilitate acceptance of new water mains, water and sewer services, fire hydrant tlushing, fire service lines, and for the amount of water used shall be as follows: Commi~;sion Eesolution No. 3913 1 Equipment and Service Provided Personnel Costs Water Costs Operate Supply Valves to: Minimum of $50.00 for each $2.60/1 000 gallons. visit, one hour maximum. Liquid or gas chlorination will add an additional 100 % to the total volume calculated. - Inspect water service Minimum of $100.00 for installation each visit, one hour - Inspect sewer service maximum. $50.00 for each installation (outside one-half hour thereaftcr property) (service requires two people). - Fire Hydrant Flowing Minimum of $100.00 for $2.60/1000 gallons. each visit, one hour Quantity is determined maximum. $50.00 for each by City Water Division one-half hour thereafter using computation table (service requires two people). involving pressure, orifice size, and time of flow.
