COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3913
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR MISCELLANEOUS
SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE PUBLIC BY THE CITY'S WATER AND
SEWER OPERATIONS DIVISION, AS ALLOWED BY SECTION 7~7A404,
MONTANA CODE ANNOTATED (MCA), AND SECTION 13.12.070, BOZEMAN
MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman fumishes certain water services to facilitate
acceptance of new water mains, water and sewer services, fire hydrant flushing, and fire
service lines; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is authorized to collect fees for services
provided based on the provisions of Section 7-7-4404, MeA; and
WHEREAS, Section 13.12.070, Bozeman Municipal Code, authorizes charges
for water services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
The fee schedule fur services provided by City of Bozeman Water and Sewer
Operations Division personnel to facilitate acceptance of new water mains, water and
sewer services, fire hydrant tlushing, fire service lines, and for the amount of water used
shall be as follows:
