HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION of the City of Bozeman allowing the

undersigned to intern the remains of ZEKI OZONDER in Lot 11, Block
D, IOOF Section at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Bozeman, Montana without
a casket and without the body being embalmed (but within forty-
eight hours of death) , the undersigned agrees to defend, hold
harmless and indemnify Sunset Hills Cemetery, the City of Bozeman,
its agents, employees, and assigns from all costs, claims, damages,
demands, causes of actions, and liabilities of whatever kind, name
or nature, in any manner arising out of or incurred by reason of
the internment of ZEKI Ot~NDER in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
This agreement applies to my heirs, personal representative,
successors and assigns.
