Dear Mayor Andrus and City Leaders: Thank you for getting the city outdoor ice skating rinks open during
the holidays. The folks in the Public Works and Parks and Rec departments should be commended. So many
people are enjoying the rinks. You should get out and witness for yourselves how much fun everyone is
having - kids, teens, parents and adults. It’s a smile factory out there! Thank you guys so much. Happy New
