FIRST AMENDMENT TO BID PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") TO THE BID PURCHASE AGREEMENT
FOR POLYMER dated October 23, 2017 (the "Agreement") is made effective as of October 23,
2018, by and between the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, a self governing municipal
corporation organized and existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, 121
North Rouse Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing address of PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT
59771,hereinafter referred to as"City,"Neo Solutions, Inc.,with a mailing address of PO Box 26,
Beaver, PA 15009, hereinafter referred to as "Seller."
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged,the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement
as follows:
1. Extension of Term. The Agreement is extended for an additional one (1) year period
pursuant to Section 4 of the Agreement ("Extension Term"). The Agreement shall
terminate on October 23, 2019.
2. Price. During the Extension Term the purchase price reflected in Sections 1 and 3 of the
Agreement is amended to $1.239 per pound. Seller's price quotation dated November 1,
2018, is attached hereto as Exhibit A to this Amendment and by this reference made a part
of the Agreement.
3. Agreement still valid. All remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain valid.
