Exhibit 2 Parking Manager’s Report Crack Repairs in the garage have completed, the project went longer than intended because of some unforeseen complications. The complications required cutting a new magnetic loop for the garage exit. Protection Tech was already on sight and able to install the new loop at minimal cost. Protection Tech updated the garage control software and performed preventative maintenance on the gates and the systems. I would expect to set up a twice yearly preventative maintenance system moving forward. Due to the work in the parking garage I have lost access to some of our monthly reports and those numbers will be off because the access gates have been offline during the work. Peter’s Painting was able to paint the Armory lot off of Willson and Mendenhall during Memorial Day Weekend. This is a major improvement to the lot at a minimum cost. Bozeman Streets will be removing the Jersey barriers in the center of the lot, these barriers have become more of a hindrance to parking in the lot. The International Parking Conference was a success. I was able to meet with Duncan Systems and several companies that offer citation equipment that will aid our officers in the field. Duncan has been meeting the expectations of our contract with them but I would like to move to a more modern set of citation writers.
