RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign a sewer and water pipeline and access easement and agreement with Highfive Bozeman IV, LLC for the South Rows project in Meadow Creek Subdivision.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed easement. Engineering staff reviewed the easement and found it to be acceptable.

ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
