Dear City Commission Members -
My son Casey Lutz and I own property at 3006 W Babcock Street Bozeman. We received a
public hearing notification for a zone map amendment from R-2 to R-4 (app. #18-
438 Mountain Vista Zone Amendment). As our property is located within 150 ft. of Tract 24,
addressed as 2928 West Babcock St., Bozeman, MT 59715, we wish to submit our Protest to
this amendment application as we strongly feel it will detrimentally affect the existing
neighborhood, property values, and community fabric. Attached please find our signed
Protest Letter.
