I am writing to fully endorse the TMP projects SP-11, BL-21, and BB-2 to be included in the city commission’s
capital improvement plan.
I am a senior citizen with a new bike, but I am very leary of riding on the city streets. We need safer alternatives,
which will also help
to keep us healthier.
