Just wanted to voice my objection to the rezoning to R-4 of the tract on Baxter across from the new
soccer fields. As a nearby resident, do not think this fits the overall plan for the west end of Baxter
Meadows and does not seem the highest and best use for the property. Y address is 2438 Farrier
Lane.
