A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA,AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF A 1993 FORD F-350 BRUSH TRUCK
BELONGING TO THE CITY TO BRIDGER CANYON RURAL FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Section 7-8-4201(1), Montana Code Annotated, authorizes the city to donate
any property belonging to the City;
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has determined the asset to be donated is no longer needed by
the Bozeman Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief desires to donate the asset to the Bridger Canyon Rural Fire
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana ("Commission") hereby
authorizes the donation of Asset #1535, 1993 Ford F-350 Brush Truck, to Bridger Canyon Rural
Fire Department.
Section 2
The Commission hereby authorizes the City Manager to take all steps necessary to
effectuate the donation of the asset as herein described.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana at a regular session thereof held on the 5th day of November, 2018.
