Hi. I have been a Bozeman utilities customer for three years now. Around half of the time when I go to pay
my online bill, the site for doing so is down. Also, around a year ago, my credit card number was stolen, and
after around six months, it came out that the site for paying utilities bills was hacked. I am nearly positive
this is how my credit card number was stolen. In the current billing cycle, I have tried to pay my bill online
three times, and each time, Google Chrome will not let me because "my connection is not private" because
the website uses HSTS. Given the history the site has with hacking, and that I actually cannot access the
payment site currently, the issue seriously needs to be addressed. The fact that I have to remember to
check back several times to make sure I can access the site to pay my bill is ridiculous. It is unreasonable
that this bill cannot be easily paid online in 2018. This needs to be addressed immediately.
