MARIE G. FELLOWS AND WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM, INC. ANNEXATION
Marie G. Fellows and Willowbrook Condominium, Inc. of Bozeman,
Montana, GRANTORS, in consideration of receiving annexation to the
city of Bozeman along with accompanying rights and privileges and
for other and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
acknowledged, grant to the city of Bozeman, a municipal corporation
of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main, Bozeman,
Montana 59771-0640, GRANTEE, a perpetual street and utility
easement for the use of the public, in, through, under, and across
a strip of land situated in Gallatin County, Montana, forty-five
(45) feet wide on the south side of the north property lines of the
following tracts of land:
Tract B of certificate of Survey #1817, on file and of record
with the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder's office (1. 967
acres), and Tract 1 of certificate of Survey #1855, on file
and of record with the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder's
office (17.215 acres), located in the northwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 2 south, Range 5
east, Principal Meridian Montana, Gallatin county, Montana, as
shown on attached Exhibit "A."
The GRANTORS warrant that they are lawfully seized and possessed of
the real property described above, tha t they have and that they
will forever defend the title to this property against the claims
of all persons.
The GRANTORS further agree that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and
enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any
interruption by the GRANTORS.
The terms, covenants, and provisions of this easement shall extend
to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators,
personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties
hereto.

wi I lowbrook condominium, Inc. of Bozeman, Montana, GRANTORS, in
consideration of receiving annexation to the city of Bozeman along
with accompanying rights and privileges and for other and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, grant to the City
of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana, with
offices at 411 East Main, Bozeman, Montana 59771-0640, GRANTEE, a
perpetual street and utility easement for the use of the public,
over, in, through, under, across, and along a strip of land
situated in Gallatin County, Montana, sixty (60) feet in width, on
the northerly side of the south property line, beginning at the
west boundary of said tract, and extending easterly 304.09 feet, as
shown on certificate of Survey #1855 (see attached Exhibit "A") .
Said easement is located in the following tract of land:
