The Parking Services Division hosted a critical issue work session, on site,with senior leadership staff from f2, and other project vendors.o Street Maintenance: The PPM engaged in additional discussions with the Publ¡c Works Department regardingmodification to the downtown Street Maintenance parking restrictions. These conversations are on-going.¡ BMC: The Parking Program Manager worked with the Legal Department to finalize a draft ordinance modifyingseveral sections of the Bozeman Municipal Code as related to Parking (Section 36). The draft ordinance, and aresolution of recommendation will be presented to the Parking Commission on tL/8/L8.o Abandoned Vehictes: The PPM, and PEO staff, met with the Police Department to further refíne cooperativeprocedures for the towing of abandoned vehicles by the Code Enforcement Division. ln addition, the PPMestablished a read-only presence on the T2 FLEX system for the Code Enforcement Officer, and trained them ¡nuse of the system.o TV tnterview: The PPM conducted a brief television interuiew with KBZK regarding City Commission's approval ofa contract to study the feasibility and cost of adding additional decks to the Bridger Downtown Parking Garage.¡ Complaint Tracking: The PPM developed a central spreadsheet, for departmental use, that tracks staff responseto parking complaints, boot/abandoned/snow-tow act¡ons, since the Police Department has implemented newdispatch software to which the Parking Services will not have access.o parking Garage & Lot Signs: The PPM coordinated final design and installation of new wayfinding and instructionalsignage in the parking Barage and surface lots.
