" . , rrtM 179 PACE2116 Exhibit "A" A tract of land located in the southwest one-quarter of section 2, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, P,M,M" Gallatin County, Montana, described as follows: The centerline of a 65,00 foot wide public street (Annie Street) easement more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the center one-quarter of said Section 2, thence along the north-south mid- section line of said Section 2, South 00"41'38" East, a distance of 1152.48 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence South 89028'00" West, a distance of 847.04 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left; Thence along said curve having a radius of 1000 foot, an included angle of 18059'00", and along an arc length of 331.32 feet; Thence South 70"29'00" West, a distance of 203,88 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right; Thence along said curve having a radius of 1000,00 feet, an included angle of 18056'17", and along an arc length of 330,53 feet; Thence South 89025'17" West a distance of 658.40 feet to the west property line of Gateway Limited Partners and the end of this easement; The side lines of said easement being lengthened or shortened so as to begin on the north- south mid-section line of Section 2 and end upon the west property line of the Gateway Limited Partners parcel.
