Main, Bozeman, MT 59715, a -> iiiiiiiiiiiii ,.. -Gl -~ iiiiiiiiiiiii m Municipal Corporation ofthe State of Montana hereinafter ("GRANTOR") and does ~L _lJ) hereby release and reconvey the following described easement unto Maththew A. Madden and Lisa M. Hughes of 630 E. Lamme, Bozeman, Montana as follows: WITNESSETH WHEREAS the GRANTOR is the legal record title holder of a General Utility Easement approximately 39.46' long by 10' wide easement situated across the southern boundary of Lot 1 of Brady A venue Subdivision, being a portion of Lot 2D in Block 7 of Amended Subdivision Plat c-19-d of Babcock and Davis Addition to Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana. [PLAT 3-400] WHEREAS the above General Utility Easement were granted within the Final plat recorded on April 25th, 2005, and WHEREAS the potential re-alignment of the General Utility Easement can be appropriately considered with future subdivision review of these properties, the vacation of all of the street and utility easement(s) documented on the Final plat recorded on April2Sth, 2005 will not adversely impact the Grantor's interests. . WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Matthew A. Madden "- and Lisa M. Hughes of 630 E.
