My name is Samuel Klusmeyer and I'm a student at Montana State University. I'm currently conducting
research on the city of Bozeman's recycling practices, namely glass recycling, in order to understand the
advantages and disadvantages of its practice. Would I be able to interview one of the commissioners, or
another professional within the government, either in person, over phone, or over email to find out more?
