35.379 acres described as COS No. 2085 (between Durston Road and West
Oak Street, immediately west of the Gallatin County Rest Home)

g. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.1 to Professional Services
(new) Agreement for improvements to Burrup Lift Station - Morrison-Maierle, Inc.
h. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.1 to Professional Services
(new) Agreement for 1997 water replacement projects - HKM Engineering, Inc.
i. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.1 to Professional Services
(new) Agreement for water main extension, Bozeman Solvent Site - Allied
Engineering Services, Inc.
j. Authorize City Manager to sign - Professional Services Agreement for traffic
