Consent 1. 05:33:26 PM (00:01:28) 18127 Lakes at Valley West Phase 3 Planned Unit Development Major Modification (Saunders) A modification to an approved planned unit development to add relaxations regarding the process of calculating affordable housing price points, incentives, and characteristics. Action Items 1. 05:34:04 PM (00:02:06) Ordinance 1998 (Jadin) Ordinance 1998 proposes to amend Section 2.05.3000 of the Bozeman Municipal Code to reflect recently adopted amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) which included the revision of DRB Plan Review thresholds and the removal of entryway corridors. Phase 5 & 6 includes 20.86 total acres for 79 dwellings with 20 ADUs, nine open space lots, and one park lot.  Application Materials  Staff Report 06:01:59 PM (00:30:01)Planner Sarah Rosenberg provided an overview of the project being presented. 06:07:55 PM (00:35:57) Greg Stratton of Kilday and Stratton presented on behalf of the applicant and provided some further detail on the relaxations being requested in the PUD.
