Board member Wilkinson asked for clarification on a question posed to Planner Chris Saunders on whether the
NCOD guidelines or the UDC would take precedence over each other.

Historic Preservation Specialist, Phillipe Gonzalez updated the board on where Staff is in the Historic
Inventory update. A general discussion followed, touching on budget items for FY19.

Guest speaker, Leslie Gilmore provided some insight on nominating/establishing a multiple property
documentation specifically for Fred Willson properties. A general discussion followed.
