Action Items 1) 06:02:28 PM (00:02:42) Bridger Meadows ZMA 18078 (Saunders) Annexation of approximately 12 acres and amendment to the City Zoning Map for the establishment of a zoning designation of R-1 “Residential Single-Household Low Density district”. A general discussion among board members followed. 06:27:49 PM (00:28:03) VOTE: All in Favor – Motion Carries Unanimously 3) 06:28:22 PM (00:28:36) Kagy Crossroads ZMA 18132 (Rogers) Zone Map Amendment requesting amendment of the City Zoning Map for two existing lots consisting of 5.07 acres from B-2 Community Commercial to B-2M Community Commercial Mixed.  18132 Staff Report  18132 Application Materials Planner Tom Rogers provided a brief overview of the proposed zone map amendment, reviewing the spot zoning criteria. 06:36:16 PM (00:36:30) Rogers responded to questions from board members. 06:40:34 PM (00:40:48) Marjorie Hennessey and Rob Pertzborn of Intrinsik Architecture spoke to the proposed project on behalf of the applicant. 06:52:48 PM (00:53:02) Public Comment Dick Stefani (4167 Sunstone) commented that he felt there would be too much traffic in the neighborhood with adding more residential. Nolan Campbell (1 East Main), representing the applicant, commented that his goal was to provide stopping sprawl and work toward intelligent, mixed use design to help with the housing crisis in Bozeman. 06:57:38 PM (00:57:52) Representative, Rob Pertzborn replied to a public comment regarding the purpose of B2M zoning. 06:59:14 PM (00:59:28) Board members held a general discussion regarding the proposed zone change. 07:07:35 PM (01:07:49) MOTION Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 18-132 and move to recommend to deny the Kagy Crossroads zone map amendment: Chris Scott 07:07:59 PM (01:08:13) Chris Scott spoke to his motion.
