STREAMLINE:
Efforts continued throughout the month to plan for the State of the Art Transportation Training Workshop.
The dates of the workshop are 9/25 – 9/26. A public presentation will be held at City Hall on Tuesday
evening. We are hoping to get attendees that represent broad aspects of the region (i.e. artists, planners,
businesses, local government representatives, etc.). That will allow for the best collaboration for the
projects that are expected to come out of the workshop.
Streamline celebrated 12 years of service and 3 million rides during the month of August. A BBQ was held
at the HRDC and was well attended by riders, board members, local businesses, and city leaders. There
were also many ice cream socials held at various events. During these events the “Why I Ride Streamline”
campaign was launched in an effort to engage riders and non-riders.

GALAVAN:
Galavan added 10 new customers in August and gave 2,718 rides in 31 days.
Galavan has had a driver shortage over the summer and due to a recent vacancy is now hiring for a full
time position.
We expect to see a new Galavan bus in mid-October.
