Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your comments to three minutes. I. Resolution 4960, Special Assessment Levy for Special Improvement District (SID) Number 739 for Improvements to East Olive Street between South Black Avenue and South Church Avenue, and South Church Avenue between East Olive Street and East Babcock Street (Donald) Consider the motion: I hereby move to adopt Resolution 4960, levying a special assessment upon benefited properties within Special Improvement District Number 739. Public comment may be made in person at the meeting as well.
