Four corners water and sewer districts board of directors are raising water and sewer rates to an excessive
level and at the last Q&A session were unable to answer basic questions of allocated water volumes of their
current purchased water rights and current use rates of all users of FCWSDistrict. This corrupt board is
trying to siphon excessive water rates from a community that already pays extremely high rates for water
and sewer. Our current rates are comparable to that of San Diego CA. An area that pumps in all of their
eater from external sources. We have abundant snow pack and replenished water sources and an increase I
water rates will drive small business away from four corners and hurt the Bozeman community. Please
advise with any information or resources you can provide. Also our neighborhoods are starting a coalition
for fair water access and will influence local elections based upon local outcomes. We need an advocate to
keep our communities reasonable and attractive for families and business.
