FIRST AMjNDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF ART ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY
THIS FURST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF ART ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY, PARKLAND,AND PUBLIC
RIGHTS OF WAY IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN dated February 13, 2018 (the "License
Agreement") is made and entered into this 11- day of , , 2018, by and between
the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, a self-governing icipal corporation organized and
existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, 121 North Rouse Street,
Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing address of PO Box 123C, Bozeman, MT 59771, hereinafter
referred to as "City," and GALLATIN ART CROS` iNG INC., a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization created under the laws of Montana("Licensee").
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to amend the
Agreement as follows:
1. Artwork Installations. Exhibit B to the License Agreement is replaced in its entirety
with the revised Exhibit B attached to this Amendment.
2. Additional Conditions on Artwork Installation. The following additional conditions
and restrictions apply to the artwork entitled"Vessel In Red" (the "Artwork"):
a. Artwork will be located in the northeast portion of Burke Park, on the hillside
commonly referred to as "Teets Hill."
b. Final approval of the Artwork shall be done by the Parks and Recreation Director
or his designee after installation.
3. Term. The term of the License Agreement is amended to terminate on December 31,
2019.

4. Agreement still valid. All remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain
valid.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this instrument the day and
