RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign a sanitary sewer pipeline and access easement and agreement, a public access easement, and a public street and utility easement with 7&G Enterprises, LLC, for the N. 7th and Griffin Project.
BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed easements. Engineering staff reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
