RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Public Street and Utility Easements and Public Utility and Access Easement and Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Public Street and Utility Easements and Public
Utility and Access Easement and Agreement for the Rosa Apartments project. The easements
are for public infrastructure being installed on the property as part of the approved site plan. Engineering staff has reviewed the documents and found them to be acceptable.
