Hi Chris,
I am the Chief Construction Officer for The Springs Living. I am having a heck of a time trying to open a sales
office in a trailer at our new building at 2632 Catron st. We are going to employ 150 people and have paid the city
over a million in fees. One of the ways we are successful is by opening a sales office(sometimes in a retail center-
not available near our site due to all the growth in Bozeman). Can someone get Planning to waive our fees and speed
up the process?(planning is saying 3 weeks) I need help here. We always comply with local regulations but this is a
very hard process. I left a email and voice mail with Brian Krueger this morning and have not heard back.
