Conditional Use Permit from October 1, 2018 to October 8, 2018.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commission continue the public hearing
to October 8, 2018 as requested by Planning staff. RECOMMENDED MOTION: I hereby continue the public hearing on application 18332,
Valhalla Meadery Conditional Use Permit from October 1, 2018 to October 8, 2018.
BACKGROUND: This is a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application for sales of alcohol for on-premises consumption in an existing building within the M-1 light manufacturing zoning district. Alcohol
will be produced onsite as an Artisan Manufacturing use and food will be served in association
with service of alcohol. The project is located at 875 Bridger Drive, Unit B and is legally described as Naya Nuki Condominium, S31, T01 S, R06 E, Tract W SE4 SE4, Gallatin County, Montana.
Due to a scheduling error regarding public notice requirements, the item needed to be moved to
comply with the public notice requirements of Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.220.420. Staff recommends that this item be moved to the agenda of October 8, 2018. All application documents and City Commission packet materials will be uploaded to the date of revised public
hearing.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available:
1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
