A. Call Meeting to Order : 4:42 PM
In attendance: Ellie Staley, Terry Quatraro, Amanda Eva Jungles, May Harris, Natalie Meyer, Tanya
Andreasen, Chris Mehl, and Charlotte Knighton
B. Changes to the Agenda
1. Welcome to new BBAB members Amanda and Mary.
2. Special Presentation to the Commission – April 16, and not the April 5th date posted
in the meeting Agenda
3. Set Summer meeting dates 4. Invitation from Historic Preservation Board and HP Manager, Phil Gonzalez to May
HP Awards ceremony at the Story Mansion
C. Public Comment

individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit
your comments to three minutes.
D. Minutes
1. Approval of minutes from February 21, 2018
Ellie motioned to approve the Feb. 21, 2018 minutes. Terry seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
E. Disclosure of Comments or Information Received
Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a board related
topic.
No disclosures.
F. Special Presentations
1. Commission Update, Deputy Mayor Chris Mehl
Anticipating April 16 Special Presentation. Recommends creating a slide that is good for television. He
also recommends Tanya send Commissioners a direct invitation to the 4-21-18 event.
New Strategic Plan up on website. WWW.bozeman.net. Accepting Public Comment until April 5th. He
also will receive comment directly via email or in person.
Terry congratulates Tanya on her efforts to get ALL Bozeman neighborhoods in Bozeman a voice (with
regards to the State of the Neighborhoods address to the Commission on 3-26-18, and the resulting BDC
news article).
G. Action/Discussion Items
1. Clean Up Day 2018 Planning
a. Media and marketing update
b. Final Task list sign up
Online Registration is up – Friendly URL is www.bozeman.net/CleanUp. Some registration forms have
been submitted. The data from those can be exported and easily used in an excel spreadsheet for
checking in purposes on the day of the event.
Tanya reviewed and added to the checklist. New assignments chosen by board members. Updated
(3/28/18) task list is attached.
Please submit Clean Up locations to Tanya by April 13th for assigning to groups and printing on poster for
day of event assignments.
Facebook event, possibly invite @Downtown Bozeman to co-host? Ellie will check with Kendra with
Nest?
BSD7, contact Jenine Delin to confirm poster delivery and online event calendar addition. Ellie to check
in to this.
Food for the event is being arranged by Mary, Elise, and then Ellie will be confirming with Heebs about a
fruit donation.
The Banner is being printed now and will be hung above Main Street.
Ellie suggests that Tote Bags be used again as a giveaway for participants.
Pooper People – to pick up dog pop…coordinate with Parks and Rec to get them activated this day.
