Total budget of ~$1000. BBAB has handled the overstreet banner details,
$200, chronicle $350, Printing Ace (and cashman’s?) coupons $42.80, large
posters $270
A suggestion is to not do swag but do a larger raffle that people can register for?
Charlotte suggested getting the neighborhoods directly involved. Assign areas, have
them get us the areas that need the most work. There are 14 neighborhood groups
but it does not cover all of Bozeman. This may help delegate some of the work? Can
they send us a list of locations that need the most clean-up work? BBAB to formalize
a LARGE list of locations. With a focus on alleys, ditches, new construction, industrial
areas, etc… solid waste and sustainability group to help with this list?
Tanya suggests doing a polling on “most needed clean-up areas” through Nextdoor.
4,000 people through that reach. NO pre-pick-up! Must arrive day-of to pick up
supplies or stop by city solid waste through year?
Pastries (paid for by sustainability), coffee (donated by Rockford), heebs (apples &
oranges), other stuff?
The BBAB handling more of the technical work? Tanya will create an action item list
for members to sign up at Feb. meeting
Pre-registered and day-of registered can go to both lines this year!
