RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign a City of Bozeman Conditional Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with Bozeman West Land Development Partners, LLC for infrastructure improvements for Bozeman West Apartments.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed City of Bozeman Conditional Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. This document has been provided as part of the concurrent construction process to ensure that all onsite public infrastructure, required to serve the Bozeman West Apartments, is completed and dedicated in tandem with building
construction. The Bozeman West Apartments project is located at 2235 Tschache Lane, just west
of Home Depot. Engineering staff reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
