Terry, I just learned that this new hotel will be much taller than the Baxter. We are losing the western
character of downtown with the influx of new and not western hotels. i am very disappointed that the
council allows this to occur just so a few can make money. All of this is at the expense of local residents.
Mendenhall is becoming a blighted area due to these developments. Brad O'Grosky
