thanks for meeting with me this evening
we discussed:
at least 16 'off-street' spaces (1 per bedroom); only .59 ac
high traffic corner; especially when there is snow on the road
no laundry facilities right now: increased sewer demands (8 more bathrooms &kitchens)
also: height restrictions: no taller than 2 stories
FYI: we (everyone in the neighborhood) all have 4 bathrooms &kitchens with 8 bedrooms; 8 'off-street'
parking spaces
finally: increasing his 1-bedroom units into '2-story, 2 bedroom'
units is the most you should allow,
still needing 16 'off-street' parking spaces
