Good Morning Chris,
Hope you’ve been enjoying your summer.
Wanted to get in touch regarding the parking situation on 900 South Grand. Now that school is back in session, the
parking problem has resurfaced.
Right now, there’s 17 non-resident vehicles on our block. We’ve submitted a Petition 2x with the majority of
residents in favor of having the 900 South Grand block Parking Permit Only. I have many images that are time
stamped to document the vehicles on the street.
Four years ago, Jim Good tried to get the street Residential Parking Permit Only. Nothing happened.
Chuck Winn, mentioned there’s a City Commission meeting on September 17th. Because of work, I may not be able
to attend. However, the parking problem continues to persist and we need the street permitted.
